For a classic Hummus recipe, u need
1 cup boiled chickpeas, 2 garlic pods, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 green chilli (optional), some salt. Add all these to a blender with 2 ice cubes and blend on pulse mode. Keep mixing in between and make sure to add oil at intervals! Blend it to a smooth consistency. Use cold water to adjust accordingly! Top up with some more olive oil n red chilli powder.
