Back in the middle of April, I weighed 90 kg and I found out that to get to 76kg (my goal weight) before graduation, I had to eat in a deficit of about 1200 calories for just under three months. So I devised this spreadsheet, and as you can see with the images attached, it has been basically perfect, with the exception of a couple of days when I would eat very salty food, and therefore my weight would be higher (water weight).

Today I’m just 1 kg off of my goal and I have 16 days to get there, I hope this isn’t seen as me showing off, I’m just generally proud of myself and wanted to see if I could help anybody

I would love it if you showed the spread sheet and its formulas so I can build it at work.

I can’t see the column headers so idk what some of the numbers mean, and I’d also like to know how you got the amount of calories required for a set amount of time to reach your goals

Nah man, nothin wrong with being obsessed with doing better. Just know when to draw a limit – (it gets to ur mental health, etc)

Walking 30,000 steps while eating 1200 calories is malnourishing yourself to a extreme degree, I wouldn’t recommend this sub for health advice because anybody telling you this is ok is wrong

The average person naturally burns around 1200-1400, at your weight you’d be burning around 1300 from walking that much, your losing weight almost 3x faster than recommended.

Yes, I wouldn’t want to draw another breath if I did this regularly, just prepare some meals, know how many calories are in them and just go with your common sense, you might as well get IV fed at this point.
