I’ve missed baking so much eating MD. I was feeling pretty restricted and I love to bake and not just give away everything I make 😂 My dietician recommended I do realistic adjustments instead of throwing away baking!
This weekend I made wheat bagels (5-6g fiber per bagel) and whole wheat morning glory muffins. The muffins did have some added sugar, but I reduced it down, added Greek yogurt, and I’m happy for it to be “close enough.”
