Volume dinner win 🙌
This whole spread fed both of us and came in around 600 calories total!

Stir Fry (~450 cals total):

  • 1.5 chicken breasts (cubed) – ~300 cals
  • 1 cup broccoli – ~35 cals
  • 1 large onion – ~70 cals
  • 5 tbsp G Hughes Sugar-Free General Tso sauce – ~50 cals (1/3 of bottle)

"Rice":

  • 1/2 bag Wegmans Garlic & Herb Riced Cauliflower – 100 cals

Salad:

  • 4 cups romaine – ~30 cals
  • 4 tbsp WishBone Sugar-Free Italian dressing – 40 cals

Total for the whole meal (shared): ~625 calories!

Super filling, tons of volume, and that sauce slaps without the sugar bomb. 10/10 would eat again.
