After months of trying different volume packed recipes I finally reached the most insane one yet.

First the full macros (without the rice):

100gr
68cal
11gr protein
1gr fat
4gr carbs

This is something we portuguese eat a lot of… chicken gizzards, a complete life hack of a protein. By itself it has about 75cal per 100gr and a lot of protein yet it really shines in a stew with onions, carrots, peppers and a lot of spices to taste. I make a batch full of around 3kg of these every two weeks and either have it by itself or I do a soupy rice cooked in the liquid of the stew (check photo).

For example the photo is 600gr of the gizzard stew with 100gr of short grain uncooked rice. It came to 760cal total and its almost 1kg of food. I dont think it can be beat, but understandably gizzards arent for everyone
