I have been buying pomegranate molasses for 20+ years and never thought to use it for dressing!

I had a cookbook club dinner, and we did a cookbook by Reem Assil called Arabiyya.

I have a few leftovers today, and leftover dressing so I made a quick salad to pair with my lunch. The dressing here is super easy and delicious.

For today’s salad, I followed the recipe, added carrots, and skipped the pita chips since I was eating rice and beans. 100% recommend this recipe. It is also super flexible.
