    Some sauteed broccoli w garlic on top would help! Also physillym husk shaken w water or coffee helps big time

    Add some sweet corn. It has a good amount of fiber and adds a nice crunch. 

  11. That’s my go to meal too. Switch to sweet potatoes for more fiber.

    Add beans! A baked tater(or microwaved-whatever!) with baked beans and cheese and butter is one of my faves. You could also just add whatever bean you want.
