    Do you use the vinegar powder in rubs?

    I’ve been making fermented sriracha and dehydrating the skin and seeds leftover from straining it. Then I add vinegar powder, a little garlic powder and salt to make sriracha powder.

    I put it on grilled meats, with butter on veggies, and on avocado toast if you’re bougie!
