Ditalini, peas, asparagus coins (I don't like long pieces of them), and burrata… I sauteed the peas and asparagus with olive oil and garlic + finished it all with a squirt of lemon juice, some basil, and red pepper flakes.

    I didn’t take specific measurements for anything 😅 but I’d estimate it was: 2 cups ditalini, 2oz burrata, 20 asparagus spears, and 1 cup peas (defrosted)

    I thought that was a poached egg at first! Burrata sounds better but I was kinda goin for it at first too

    Thanks for sharing. I have a box of ditalini and wasn’t sure what to do with it but this gives a good pasta salad idea for the summer.
