Simple and Easy Healthy Delicious Tuna Wrap with A Berry Blast Smoothie

4 cans of tuna drain from the liquid
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 cucumber finely chopped
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1/4 cup roasted pepper finely chopped
1 cup lettuce finely chopped
2 chilli pepper finely chopped (optional)
1 small bundle cilantro finely chopped (optional)
2 roots of scallion finely chopped
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp chipotle sauce
2-3 tsp avocado guacamole
1tbsp lemon juice
4-5 wrap of your choice

Add all of the ingredients to the tuna mixed well
