Whole bowl weighed like 2lbs, you could definitely cut down on calories a lot by not going so hard on the sauce like I did lol.
Base of lettuce, spinach, pickles, onions, and tomato, homemade croutons, chicken nuggets, chicken sauce. APPROX 650 cal for whole bowl

for the croutons i used 2 slices of low calorie bread, tossed in a bit of oil and italian spices and baked at 350 until crispy

nuggets are chicken thighs (breast works better though) breaded with egg, panko breadcrumbs, and seasoning and cooked in airfryer until temp (like 9 mins)

sauce is just mayo, ketchup, w sauce, hot sauce, and pepper. Id honestly rather just buy low calorie chicken sauce but my grocery store didnt have any lol
