Japanese “abura soba” is soup-less ramen—and I think I’m hooked.

This one’s abura soba – no broth, just flavor.

    Is this different from Shiru-nashi ramen?

    EDIT: Okay a bit of research and apparently Abura-soba is a type of Shiru-nashi ramen. Other types of Shiru-nashi ramen are Hiyashi-chuka, Shiru-nashi Tantanmen, Maze-soba or Maze-men, etc.
