Had to sell my sports car because my beautiful daughter is here.
So next up in the line of hobbies is BBQ!
Treated myself to the Weber Mastertouch (classic choice right) and I’m on a Weber BBQ Classics course this week!
Did the first burn off and then cooked marinated chicken thighs and burgers and was just awesome. Mainly indirect heat for the thighs and direct ish for the burgers.
Grabbing a few accessories but such an exciting hobby!

Welcome, to the Kettle club and to your daughter! A new grill and a new baby girl are way more fun than a sports car anyway. Over their lifetimes both will likely end up being more expensive, but well worth it.
