72g (cooked) 85/15 ground turkey
12g sichuan chili crisp
8g sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, and a third thing)

typing this i realize i forgot to track the low sodium soy sauce but was like 1.5-2tbsp iirc so doesn’t affect the cals much
