Took a little trial and error or maybe just breaking in for me to really feel like I’ve got the hang of it but this thing makes some really tasty food. Did steaks on it tonight and I think my smash burger game has been excellent. It’s also really kickass for vegetables and I’m thinking I’ll do some breakfast on it for fun this weekend.

What does your heat up on the stone look like? How long? What temp do you get your dome to or is it all open?
