One of my favorite treats is chopping marshmallows into small bits and stirring into melted (tempered) chocolate. A sort of Rocky Road without fruits/nuts/etc ruining it. So simple but so satisfying. Put an equal size square of graham cracker on the bottom before dipping. I cannot tell you how just that it needs to happen
