I’ve been trying to find other capable Garlic Reaper sauces. Just yesterday I tried Puckerbutt’s Unique Garlique but it’s just not quite as good – it’s good, don’t get me wrong and it’s worth buying; it’s just not Torchbearer Garlic Reaper Sauce good.
But yeah that stuff is amazing. I’ve gotta figure out how to make my own.

How’s the garlic flavor? I’m looking for something really, really hot but you can still taste the garlic. Is this one?

Yeah it sucks for me because people say how delicious it is, but it’s to spicy for me to really enjoy it. In my older years i’ve tapered off the spice challenge-esque way of eating spicy food and am more into the flavor profile. I’m also kinda wondering about it’s flavor because i’ve been buying torchbearer sauces since they were a little nothing company coming to little expos near me, and i never LOVED their stuff, it was just ok.

I’ve only had one bottle of each, and while I do like the reaper, they make a habanero garlic which is also great and isn’t super hot – a little more friendly for most dishes and isn’t as painful.
