I was in LA for a few days, and I wanted to try some of the numerous Filipino restaurants so I went to Sampa. I had a lechon fried rice, which was a very nice dish. The egg in the middle is definitely runny, and on the side is some vinegar for dipping the pork.

In a way it reminded me a lot of sisig, except the pork pieces were obviously a lot bigger, which I loved. The pork had a nice crunchy skin on it.
