Assalamoalaikum friends welcome back my YouTube channel I am Gulam rasul back again today with a new video in which I will tell you how we make mutton salona in Arabic style what all things we use in it I am going to show you the whole thing so stay till the end of the video if you like the video then do like share and comment also if you are new on our channel then please subscribe our channel also let’s start this video To make mutton salona first of all we take a pot here in this pot we have to make mutton salona so in it we will add 2 tablespoons cooking oil after that we add some whole garam masala in it we have added one piece big cardamom two pieces small cardamom two pieces cloves one small cinnamon and also add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds now after adding it we have to first saute it for 1 minute after sauteing it for 1 minute now we will add three pieces chopped onion if you want You can also use onion slices. After adding onion chop, we have to fry it well for 10 minutes. When the color of onion becomes slightly golden in this way, then we add 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste. If you want, you can also use ginger garlic powder. Now we have to fry the ginger garlic paste well for 5 minutes so that the smell of ginger garlic paste goes away. After that, we will add 700 grams of mutton. We have cut it into small pieces. If you want, you can also cut it into big pieces. We will add salt as per taste. We will add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. We will add 1 teaspoon cumin powder. We will add 1 teaspoon coriander powder. We will add 2 teaspoons paprika powder. We will add 3 teaspoons Arabic masala powder. You will find its link in the description box. We will add two pieces of tomato chopped we will add here 1 tablespoon tomato paste. By adding tomato paste, the thickness of your gravy will be good and later its colour will also be good, so we are using 1 tablespoon tomato paste here only. Now we have to fry it well. After frying it lightly, we will add some water to it so that your spices do not start burning. So, after adding water, we will fry it well for 10 minutes so that the smell of the mutton goes away. After that, to boil it, we will add water. After adding water, we have to arrange it well. After arranging, we have to boil it 50% first. So, we cover it and leave it to boil for at least half an hour. After half an hour, we will check whether our mutton is 50% boiled or not. If our mutton is 50% boiled, now we will add We will add some vegetables in it. We have added potato. We have also added pumpkin and carrot here. Along with that, we add some dry lemon, some chopped fresh coriander and as per the taste, you can add green chillies. If you want, you can add green chillies in big pieces. If you want, you can also use Kusa here. It is important to add 50 grams of tamarind water here. We have to stir the tamarind well in the water and add it. After adding it in this way, mix it well. After mixing, cover it again and leave it to cook for half an hour so that the remaining meat also gets cooked well. So, our half hour is over. Now I will check whether our mutton is cooked well or not. Whether the vegetable that we added is cooked well or not. So see, everything is cooked well. Now after it is cooked well, we will add tomatoes which we had cut into 1/4 pieces. You just have to cut tomatoes in big pieces and add them. Now we have to cook it for just 5 minutes. After 5 minutes we have to turn off the flame. Our salona is ready for serving. Now we serve it in our bowl. You can serve it in any bowl you want, you can serve it in any plate. Along with this, we will add chopped fresh coriander on top of it. Now our salona is ready. You can serve it with any rice or bread. So our Mutton Saluna recipe is ready in Arabic style.
