Looks like gomtang to me. The brown bits look to be beef shank that was boiled in the soup then thinly sliced. There are a bunch of different variations of “Korean beef soup” some made with just bone and cartilage, some made with beef rib or ox tail, some with beef brisket or shank. For the most part they taste similar especially since they’re garnished similarly but with minor differences in flavor due to the amount of bone, fat, and cut of beef.
