When I was younger and uneducated in burger toppings it was ketchup. Now it’s ketchup and mayo. Maybe light mustard. No lettuce; who likes hot wilted lettuce? No one. Onions. Yes. Bacon? Always and it has to crispy. Anything else less is undercooked
