3-Ingredient Carnivore Creme Brûlée 🍮 This is definitely the Top 3 Carnivore Desserts I have ever made!! Decadent, creamy, yet refreshing since it’s chilled. I’ve made this multiple times now for my husband and siblings.

Ingredients (makes 2–3 servings):
    •    2 cups heavy cream (preferably raw or grass-fed)
    •    1 whole egg
    •    3 egg yolks
    •    Optional (for animal-based version):
    ◦    1 tsp vanilla extract
    ◦    1–2 tsp alulose or preferred animal-based sweetener
Instructions:
    1    Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
2    In a bowl, whisk together 1 whole egg and 3 additional yolks.
3    Warm the cream on the stove until hot but not boiling.
4    Slowly whisk the cream into the eggs to temper them.
5    Optional: stir in vanilla or sweetener of choice.
    6    Pour mixture into ramekins.
7    Place ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water to the dish (about halfway up the ramekins).
8    Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the custard is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
9    Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (overnight is best).
10    Optional brûlée top: sprinkle with allulose and torch until golden. For strict carnivores, torching the plain creme without sweetener on top still gives a crispy golden texture and roasted flavor!
