  1. Wow, I’m not sure. I like the depth of the experience more than the depth flavor when in a capsaicin headspace, love where it kind of feels like coming back down from a trip when it finally starts to fade, it’s very fun, a sort of benign masochism I guess.

    I do like typically “gross” food though. Limburger cheese, anchovies, sardines, liverwurst, mustriepen, fucking everything. But idk if that’s sophistication..

    No, I was a cook & chef for about 15 years. It means you’ve wrecked your pallet and only spicy registers anymore.

    I’d say it’s less sophisticated and more carpet bonbed.

    That being said, I fucking love spicy food and hot hot sauces.
