Picked up this traeger off marketplace for $20. Needs a good cleaning and they said it wasn’t getting to hottest temps so any advice on what to check would be greatly appreciated.

You won’t know until you trouble shoot the issue make some chicken drum sticks check you thermal probe to see if that could be causing it. Then you can check the hot plate where the pellets are being fed
