    I’m not entirely sure where everyone is getting their information about these being NY. Both are ends to a ribeye, one leading into the strip and the other leading into the chuck.

    Raw, it hasn’t been grilled yet but it soon will be and the beer will be ice cold…….BITCH!!!!!

  5. Hate to be a bummer but those are why the cut is not the most important thing.

    Those are a horrible example of what is widely considered the best cut, rib steaks. I hope those are 100% grass fed so at least they will have flavor because the marble is almost non existent.
