Is BRIGADEIRO the EASIEST 3-ingredient treat??
✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• Chocolate sprinkles (for rolling)
Directions:
1. In a nonstick saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the condensed milk and cocoa powder, stirring constantly. Cook for 10–15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan. (It should look like a shiny, fudgy dough.)
2. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or baking sheet. Let it cool slightly, then place in the fridge for 1 hour, or until firm enough to handle.
3. Lightly butter your hands, then roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch). Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
4. Store in mini cupcake liners or airtight containers, if you don’t eat them all first!
apparently this is supposed to be the easiest dessert you can make but i had to find out if that’s actually true and i think i’m too impatient because i definitely should have sifted the cocoa powder first instead i ended up with some giant puffs so i gave the whole thing another go sifting it right this time mixed it all up and got it into the fridge but when it was time to roll them out this became the stickiest thing i have ever made they weren’t forming into balls at all nope k levy definitely not as easy as everyone says but i’ll take

As a brazilian who does brigadeiro ALL the times i can, its just:
Condensed milk
Cocoa powder
(And butter but its just my preference)
And for you to roll it, you HAVE to put butter in your hands, then roll it up
