My partner goes to one on their way home from work sometimes, they always come back with something for me. These are awesome right out of the tin for me, crammed with meat for $4 can't really go wrong with that. Got one of smoked trout, one of "lightly smoked" salmon, and two of mussels as well.

They do have some solid selections there – the calamari and smoked salmon are tops for me.
the mussels are so good but they were sold out last time i went 😭
You should try the grilled sardines too. So good
Their anchovies are surprisingly quality, doubly so since they’re tinned anchovies and not the jarred kinds.
That smoked trout, with a few shakes of whatever seasoning looks good (I like Penzeys’ Sunny Paris) and some mayo and some Greek yogurt and a squeeze of lemon, makes an outstanding dip/spread.
