Founded by the Mazzanti family, this beloved eatery has won over both locals and tourists, leading to expansions in cities like Rome, Milan, Turin, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and multiple locations in New York.

Howlin’ Ray’s

B.S. Taqueria
This Los Angeles-based taqueria, created by Chef Ray Garcia, offers a fresh take on classic tacos. From Chile-rubbed al pastor with roasted cauliflower to traditional carnitas and house-made chorizo, each dish is made with carefully sourced ingredients and served on freshly pressed heirloom corn tortillas. B.S. Taqueria’s menu also features shareable plates that honor traditional Mexican flavors, presented with a modern flair.

This exciting concept will make its West Coast debut in Las Vegas, with additional locations planned in Nashville and Atlanta.

Ivan Ramen
Ivan’s culinary journey began as a teenage dishwasher in a sushi restaurant, sparking a lifelong passion for Japanese cuisine. Against all odds, he opened a successful ramen shop in Tokyo before expanding to New York City with Ivan Ramen. Now, Ivan Ramen is ready to bring its unique Japanese-inspired dishes to the Las Vegas Strip, offering a playful, adventurous menu of ramen and izakaya-style plates that reflect the spirit of Japanese dining.

Turkey and the Wolf, praised by Food & Wine and Esquire as a defining restaurant of the decade and named Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurant in America in 2017, offers creative dishes like a double-decker collard green sandwich and a chicken pot pie-stuffed empanada.
