I just followed this recipe yesterday! Your scoring looks way better than mine though, for some reason it was harder to score this dough? I’m super happy with the results, it was my first time with sourdough sandwich bread as well. Turned out way better than any yeast sandwich bread I’ve ever tried. I think I’m going to try this one next – and I ordered one of those long rectangle bread pans like the one she uses.
ETA: my first loaf with inclusions in the background, jalapeño & white cheddar
