EASY AND DELICIOUS LOBSTER RAVIOLI

hey folks welcome back yeah i’m here rain shine but i’m in the house but i’m still going to cook for you what i have here is uh a hot plate cuz i told you my house is situated in the wrong area of of video but today i’m going to make you um lobster ravioli that my wonderful wife got from uh from a restaurant down here rebecca’s rebecca’s and if she keeps talking i’m going to have to make a new one but no she’s good and but i’m going to make the sauce for it and what you guys need to do we even see the mangoes over here look at these mangoes oh all right i’ll make something with them next week what you need to do is stick around and you’re going to see the magic happen just be right back [Music] hey so like i said lobster ravioli sauce olive oil and i’m in my house yes you can see the inside of my house my house is very clean keep your house clean it’s good for you it’s good for your um your healthiness and your um i got a hot pan here it’s just good for you to be clean for your hair and everything we got a very hot pan here i have some onions that i already chopped up okay onions let these cook down a few minutes maybe not that not that really long going to be a quick dish very quick dish i have some garlic that i cut up garlic this is the lobster ravioli sauce my wife went out yes he was allowed out i let her out of the house she went out with her friend patty and she went to um rebecca’s and neighbors and um said it was nice didn’t cost her too much money and um she bought them some lobster wrap a little pricey for me but you know for my wife whatever makes her happy makes me happy so we got this going i this is all for you guys look i’m inside i don’t want to be inside i want to be outside my dog wants to be outside everybody likes to be outside so we’re cooking this down a little bit my salt my pepper cuz that’s the most important ingredient in your world of seasoning so what i’m going to do is a little pinch a little pinch for the onions and the garlic okay down a little bit it’s pretty much cooked down see you do not you do not want to burn the garlic what i have here is i have some san monzano tomatoes that i crushed by hand i just put them in a bowl this bowl i saved half this is only half a can i saved half for a pizza on the grill that you’re going to see sooner or later and they very good i wash my hands a lot i always wash my hands i’m very clean i showered today in the shade as you can see nice and clean see look at this beautiful sauce coming together it’s like a nice sauce it’s like a nice gravy okay i have a little more salt not too much i put which i don’t normally do with these tomatoes i put a tad a tad of sugar in it my wife likes it so that’s fine that’s why i mix we need pepper pepper is your best friend pepper and salt’s your best friend you got to remember those two and look you’re going to cook this down going to let this cook for about this is not going to be a long process here you could do this when you get home from work you could do this when you get home from the library for picking up your kids from school you could do this anytime you want to like do it it’s very simple you get lobster bravo from anywhere costco has them bubble where you probably pay about $80 for them um all over they have them these were from a restaurant but who knows they might have got them from costco and put them in their own bag i have no idea all i know is i’m making a sauce we’re going to eat them i made a nice salad i might even show you the whole thing the salad production so we’re just going to let this cook for a little while and then i’ll see you soon we’ll be back hey there’s a sauce coming down so here’s the raviolis rebecca’s and naples yep that’s what you’re right that’s what you see we’re going to see how they are we didn’t pay for this my friend paid for it for us me personally i’m not paying $1 but we’re going to put them in boiling water i got some water over here i counted them they’re six to bad six to a bag i’m going to put these on for 5 minutes so in the meantime in the meantime what i’m going to do is you see as a as a a real foodie a real chef and a real entertainer i’m going to go like this alexa put the timer on for 4 and 1/2 minutes please see alexa does that so this is cooked down look at this beautiful sauce come on salmono onion garlic pinch of sugar i’m going to keep working the sauce ready half and half look at that oh just incredible i’m going to mix this through and don’t worry i’m going to let you know how the uh rebecca’s raviolis tastes because i think i just put a label on it and get it from costco i don’t know you see i’m a real person a real guy i don’t just do this to try to make a couple bucks which i’m not making anything yet unless you people subscribe but i’m doing this because of the love of food and the love of helping people understand how to cook food i got some nice parmesan that i grated earlier look at that i’m going to go dump that in and look at this this is like i’m not going to go as far as heaven cuz we don’t even know what heaven is right now but this this beautiful sauce we’re going to kick this up i got everything ready i got some basil get dried up i just chopped it off my tree going to put that on at the end at the last minute at the end okay so we got that i got to clean up a little bit a few things to do here just hanging around listen to me how was your day how was my day today started out okay i woke up i woke up hear that hear that that’s thunder and um i did it for a lot of things around the house i saw um wolf gang across the street he’s from austria and he wanted to give me a uh a fountain a bird you know like the birds they land in there in the water i said i’m not that’s not i i had nothing to do with that that’s none of my business i’ll send my wife out wound up he calls her wound up so i sent her out she liked it she bring it home and she washed it and that’s about it on that subject he’s also sent me um a statute that he got he has a line and he wants 300 for and i’m not paying for nothing he wants to give me the line for free i would take it freeze for me so anyway see the sauce is getting nice and tight what we’re going to do now is i’m going to take some pasta water pay very close attention see this and in the sauce a little pasta water high heat this is going to make it the pasta water is going to make it so good it’s going to make it so good cook this down a little bit we’re going to check our um going to check our raviolis i got a couple bowls for me and my uh old lady wife wonderful woman that she is and we’re getting close here i can see them getting close i think i’m going to need one more minute here alexa off i told alexa off but look at this beautiful white i think it’s very nice i need a um [Music] vat very important thing these look like they’re almost done getting close all right take it put it in the sauce put it in the sauce they’re getting very close what i’m going to do is i’m going to put them right in the sauce so the sauce is finished have my beautiful raviolis you know what i’m going to do with these folks i’m going to go straight for the sauce straight in look at that huh drain them off a little bit straight in supposedly they’re lots of raviolis don’t worry i’m going to let you know okay put this hot water here you know what i’m going to do i’m going to put this i wouldn’t have sink so i don’t burn myself put this in the sink oh but look at the sauce the raviolis we’re going to dress this dress this is like um not as a dressing in the morning or at night to go to bed and make sure you wear something nice at night because you never know if you got to leave the house or something but you won’t my wife always told me that rusty’s not even here rusty’s um i think rusty’s stuck on the couch anyway look at this beautiful one so i’m just going to put a couple on here for now just to taste it and i keep you on the um i was going to say the phone all night look at that a little sauce come on actually going to shut this off going to check it out look little basil little chopped basil if you can’t find chopped basil and you have a jar of basil dried basil it’s okay little parmesan it’s called making it rain i think it’s in here making it rain make your ice okay what i got is a nice fork here oh i use my fork it’s called the baby fork this is what i use to eat why i don’t know cuz maybe i’m a little nuts but um look look at this we’re going to check it out check it out for you those you guys be a little hot i might burn my burn my face off eating this but i’m going to go in go little drop there folks kids very good i’ll tell you for breakfast i’m going to give you a thumbs up i taste a lot of lops of meat in there nothing cheap on it very good and my sauce of course so this is um lobster ravioli storebought with steve aino sauce so i appreciate you watching please subscribe please keep
