Impress all of your friends with these stuffed mushrooms!

Ingredients:
– 3 Large Mushrooms 🍄
– 8 Cherry Tomatoes, thinly chopped 🍅
– 4 Slices Smoked Bacon, chopped into tiny squares 🥓
– 50g Breadcrumbs 🍞
– 1 glass of white wine 🍾
– 2 tbsp water 💦
– 1/2 white onion 🧅
– 50g Shredded cheese, to top 🧀
– Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:
0: Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
1: Remove the “trunks” from the mushrooms. Chop them very finely and set aside in a bowl.
2: Grab a spoon and empty your mushrooms, leaving you with a “cup”. Add the bits you have dug out into the same bowl as the chopped trunks.
3: Thinly chop tomatoes and onion.
4: Add all the vegetables to a large pan with enough neutral oil to coat the bottom and season with salt to taste.
5: Cook until soft. Add white wine and let cook until you can’t smell the alcohol anymore. While that cooks, chop your bacon.
6: Add the bacon to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
7: Add breadcrumbs and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture is solid enough for you to pick it up without crumbling. Add some water if the mixture is not wet enough.
8: Cover a tray in baking paper and lay your mushroom cups on top. Lightly cover in oil and fill them with your stuffing mixture. Cook for 10 minutes.
9: Take out of the oven, cover in cheese and stick it back in for a further 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
