Took it out of the fridge about 20 minutes before and padded it dry. Stainless steel pan on high heat. Barely 1.5 minutes on each side. Basted it with butter and garlic and let it rest for roughly 10 minutes. Made some Alfredo pasta with and it was so good.
I was aiming for medium rare but not sure if I managed to hit it. What do y’all think?

Ya did good! And I like pasta
There is leftover pasta…either you eat pasta or you eat meat…not both
Man, I hit the first two pictures saying to myself, “I want a Ribeye, but I always feel terrible after because there’s so much richness with all that fat.”
Then I hit pic 3. I’m legit envious you can eat like that and not go into a 12hour, meat-sweat-laden coma.
Damn that looks good😋
Steak on pasta. Cmon man..
Awesome job with the thin steak. Not easy to do.
Looks delicious 😋😋
This sub… Part of me regrets following it for how hungry it makes me, but the other part of me has learned to cook steak better because of it.
i love putting steak on pasta don’t listen to the snobs lol
I can never get a good cook on a thin steak. I’m impressed
Scrumptious.
Looks great! I’d need a vegetable 😅
Why are you guys appalled by steak pasta? This is normal and can be delicious.
