Trader Joe's has this new Lemon Pesto sauce, and it's terrific with tinned fish. Boil some pasta, strain it, mix in a spoon of this, add a tin of fish, and maybe a sprinkle of feta. If I wasn't so lazy I'd probably add some sliced cherry tomatoes, but it's pretty great (and easy) as is.
