so for the past like I don’t know two days I have been really in the mood for a risotto don’t ask why but I went and bought some rice and we’re going to make a actually a vegetarian one we’re going to make a sundried tomato pea and mushroom rsotto but if you’re not vegetarian you can add chicken prawns to this and if you don’t like mushrooms you don’t have to put them in but don’t swipe away just because you don’t like mushrooms because it’s whatever you want to put in there now maybe I’m going in way too confident because I’ve never actually made rsotto before but I just watched like a bunch of Tik Tok recipe videos so I’m just winging it i will tag the girl that I get uh that I got the most inspiration from but yeah we are winging it i’m very sad though we’ve only got four sundried tomatoes left in the house and I went shopping today so I easily could have just got some but I thought I had enough definitely didn’t cuz four is not enough i am so proud of myself i just cut up a whole onion no tears right now we’re ready to cook so that’s all gone in the pan with the sundried tomato oil rather than just olive oil i also just added some garlic because I didn’t want that to burn i just added in a dash of white wine because quite a lot of the recipes said to do that just making my stock you need loads of water I think okay now I’m going to add in some of the ratoto rice and then I think like you’re meant to like fry it off I think i’m saying I think a lot because I am unsure so once it’s fried off a bit now we just add the stock just like a little bit at a time wo sorry that was so dramatic apparently this is the tedious bit you just wait like 20 minutes and just add all the stock until it’s all absorbed but then I’m going to add my peas at the end i’ve put the lid on but it is squealing a little bit can you hear it also that veg is not part of the dinner it’s just my parents are having something different to me okay so the liquid is being absorbed and I am just like adding it in as I go i got my peas in some water and I also just realized I have some elm left from the other day so I reckon that’ll be nice to finish it off like make it a bit more creamy at the end so all the broth is in i reckon it’s nearly done and also the peas are in look at that yeah that’s got some nice consistency on it i reckon 2 minutes and we’re done so I’m just adding a little bit of elmly just to make it a bit creamier and some of this cheese okay I’m running out of time so I’m just going to plate some up and at least try some on camera with you sorry but that is glistening okay let’s go i’m a chef
