How do you grill bacon without starting a grease fire?

Reminds me of a cartoon with Dinald Duck and Mickey Mouse who are famished and almost have no good. And then Mickey starts cutting a piece of bread, which is so thin that it is transparent.

Damn I would never consider grilling bacon directly on the grates. I’m curious what the benefit is compared to anything else. May not at least put them in a baking sheet and avoid all the grease mess.

My friend did this once and the bacon literally vaporized in the flare-up 😂

Nope. Start it on a cold griddle or throw it on the oven. Bacon is not a grill item for me.
