Today I noticed the lid didn't close well at the back of my classic 2. When I took a look at the inside, I found a piece of the ceramic dome cracked and the ring was dislocated😭. When I removed the ring it was completely off shape. How can this happen, will this be warranty, hows Kamado Joe's service in Europe, NL?
Picture 3 is a view off the inside where you see the ring is dislocated. Last picture is from the outside when I removed the gasket. First picture you see the ring is completely out of shape.
