you are going to love this whipped feta tomato salad break apart feta in a food processor along with heavy cream lemon juice lemon zest and plenty of cracked black pepper add more cream as needed to get this smooth fluffy texture place this in the fridge then in a bowl combine tiny diced tomatoes cucumbers red onion chopped olives some olive oil just a pinch of salt black pepper red wine vinegar and dried oregano let this sit for like 10 minutes then spread out the whipped feta on a plate you could have also used Greek yogurt instead of the cream i just think that the cream kind of balances out the tanginess of the feta whereas the Greek yogurt may just add more tanginess then spoon on that yummy tomato salad i’m going to finish with a drizzle of olive oil more cracked black pepper and some crushed red pepper this was absolutely out of this world good
