Couldn’t get pics of the others tonight (“hey why is security taking photos of our cold rooms” 🤷🏻♀️) But I think this crew do a great job imho

Only thing I see that might not even be an issue is the in wrapped cheese on the left. But that could be something else.

I worked at an NBA arena with one major commisary. The walk-in cooler was easily the size of two tennis courts and the freezer was about 2/3rds the size.
Crazy times dividing it all between storage and prep.

The angled corner shelves drives me crazy. So much less efficient for space. Make walk-in angles great again.
