I had one of my big guys start splitting so I had to use it a little sooner than I would have liked, but the texture was perfect for this use. Also used some African Blue Basil I grew. For those that don’t know, this is Būf lactose free mozzarella and they sell it at Whole Foods. Not cheap, but I never thought I’d eat fresh mozz again in my life.

    Man that buf moz is so ridiculously good. Short of house made at a restaurant or cheese shop its for sure the best I’ve had.

    And if it wasn’t like $14 for a pint container of moz pearls I’d eat it all summer.
