    Bark looks good, bun not much of a smoke ring. Looks juicy and tender though.

  5. Nice work guy, and smoke ring on a pellet is hit or miss, the flavor will be there though and that’s what matters. Nice cook!

  6. You cut it wrong. Cut against the grain or it will be more chewy. You can wreck a good brisket with poor slicing.
