Five pounds of beef back ribs I got from Wild Fork.

The rub featured smoked paprika, onion and garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

I used Stubbs regular barbecue sauce at the recommendation of my expert friend.

These ribs got crazy good reviews from the four people I fed, especially my longtime boss who is an expert cook and baker. He described them as “outstanding” and so good he had to fight off his dog for the leftovers I gave him.

I use a crock pot low for 6-8 hours depending on size and style of ribs dry rub they supply their own moisture. Easy no fus perfect everytime. If I don’t want them dry I’ll coat them with bbq and stick em in the oven for a few on the lowest setting after they are done in the crock pot
