Me with 4 plants and no fruit that will actually ripen: 😑

The fruit keeps yellowing 😞

Can you say more? Are you seeing blossom end rot, or no rot, but the fruits don’t mature? If the former, you may need to ease up on water and/or provide nutrients. If the latter, then could be a pollination issue as the previous commenter said.

My exwife always had issues with bloom rot. I helped with the garden but only insofar as I ran our antique tiller that had exposed everything and really seemed like a contraption for severing digits. Fast forward to ten years later and I decided to have a garden and I’m absolutely drowning in squash from a single plant. I went out one day and I could hear my squash plant. I poked my head in the canopy and it was a ton of honey bees. Thanks my little six legged friends.

    My single squash plant.

No solution but I’m following to see if you get one. Some of my baby zucchs get pretty sizeable before the flowers open, and sometimes it’s like the flowers fail to mature and never open. I have learned that the big green babies+flowers are pretty tasty though

Have you fertilized at all? I don’t know if that could be the cause, but I think I’ve read that it can be hard for the fruits/veggies to develop if their key nutrients aren’t filled like nitrogen, potassium, etc. I believe different plants need more of some things than others, but if you haven’t fertilized at all, I think you could start with GardenTone

Not me. I was out there performing lewd acts last and was not rewarded! Have 5 bajillion male flowers still!

What do you have next to the zucchini? I plant some pretty heavy hitting flowering plants mixed with my veggies. Even though the bees aren’t doing well this year where I am, the ants and flies and all others that I cannot name have picked up the slack.

  7. Mine was great until the ground squirrels burrowed in that spot. Slowly coming back now, but I lost a bit.

I go out every morning with my q-tip and got one so far 😞

  9. yeah that’s my experience, hell the last time i tried the plants never produced a female flower.

Mine always die quick due to squash vine borders. I plant every year and I get about 6 to 10 zukes off a plant before the borers set in
