I enjoy a cracker as much as the next person, but you can mix it up.

Here’s today’s lunch with rye bread, truffle emulsion, potatoes, arugula, sardines, hot sauce, freshly squeezed lemon, nice EVOO, miso mayo pearls, and lemon thyme flowers.
