2.5lb Tri Tip marinated in fridge overnight with a mixture of olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, brown sugar, and chopped garlic. Traeger Woodridge @ 200 degrees for 2hrs until internal temp of 125 degrees then seared on my gas grill at 500 degrees for about 15 min until internal temp 138 degrees (medium rare plus). Amazing smokey flavor with a kick of chili 🌶️

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

  2. Not only looks great but at the doneness that my wife likes and a recipe/ technique that I’d like to try. Saved.

Looks good and that sear is solid. Only improve is more uniform punk without the gray band but I am not sure that is possible with tritip
