Roasted Balsamic & Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts – the easiest and perfect side dish! Sweet, tangy, and salty, these are a game changer for your Thanksgiving dinner table!

1lb brussel sprouts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4tsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2tbsp balsamic glaze
2tbsp maple syrup

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Wash Brussel sprouts and cut off ends. Remove loose leaves. Cut in half.
3. Drizzle olive oil and salt and toss. Place on baking dish flat side down. Bake for 25 minutes, turning half way. Add pecans to allow roasting when you flip them over half way through.
4. Once done, move them to a serving plate and add dried cranberries, grated cheese, balsamic glaze and maple syrup. Enjoy!
