    I keep a sheet pan in my freezer and dump all my extra sungolds and cherry tomatoes on it. When they’re frozen solid I move them to a freezer bag.

    They’re magic little flavor bombs that I use all winter. Just dump a handful straight into soup or sauce, no peeling or anything.
