I honestly did not know that these were sold separately until I thought about googling it, after opening a can of jalapenos where the spicy pickled carrot slices are just an extra.

I'm going to make a ridiculously hotter version, somehow.

    Pickle your carrots with habanero and garlic, use half white and half cider vinegar

    Just opened a jar of carrots I pickled last year with some hot peppers from my garden. They were sweet and tangy at first, then absolutely engulfed my mouth in fire, but only for a few moments. Delicious. Can’t wait to do it again this year
