Tartine Sourdough Pan Loaf

I’ve been experimenting with making pan loafs since they are easier to cut and use for sandwiches. I used the Tartine Country Recipe and process but I placed it in a 10×5 loaf pan and used the second loaf pan to cover for the first 25 minutes. Came out wonderfully.
