Here's my lunch for the week (still prepping dinner) and for breakfast I just have oatmeal with protein powder and peanut butter powder. Im trying to improve my eating habits and lose some weight. High protein low carb.

Grilled Chicken breast chipotle bowl
1 pack chicken breast (contains 5 pieces)
2 cans corn
1 can black beans
Lime
Cilantro

For the grilled chicken I used the following
Salt
Pepper
Ground cumin
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Msg 🤫

Corn and black beans
Lime
Cilantro
Salt
Garlic powder
