It was so delicious. My wife made this and it meant extra to me because the last time I had Tteok-bokki was around 7 years ago during undergrad. I made a good friend in my class who was from Korea and we would always go to this mom and pop Korean restaurant with traditional cuisine. It just brought back a lot of memories 🥲
PS: we couldn’t find Fish cakes so we used fish tufu instead and it was super delicious
